NOW HIRING: Frontend Engineer – AI Training Project.
Location: Permanent Remote - United States (subject to approved work locations).
Engagement Type: Contract – W2
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Experience: 4+ Years.


- We are seeking skilled Frontend Engineers to support an innovative project focused on training next-generation AI systems.
- No prior AI experience is required - your UI development expertise is what matters.
- In this role, you will create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on practical frontend engineering problems, including fixing UI bugs, building interface features, and improving component code.


SCOPE OF WORK:
• Develop clear code samples, debugging approaches, and frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Work with frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI bugs, layout issues, and state-related problems across different codebases.
• Build small to medium-sized interface features using clean, reusable, and maintainable components.
• Improve existing frontend code for better readability, performance, consistency, and reliability.
• Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for frontend engineering problems.
• Document your reasoning, development approach, and code decisions to support AI training data quality.
• Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness, quality, and clarity.


REQUIRED / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building user interfaces with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Ability to debug UI issues using browser developer tools.
