The Lead Analyst in the Health Care and Social Assistance sector plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for leading complex data analysis projects, synthesizing large datasets, and translating findings into actionable insights for healthcare providers and administrators. The Lead Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT, and management to identify trends, forecast needs, and support strategic initiatives. By leveraging advanced analytical techniques and healthcare knowledge, the role ensures that data-driven strategies align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications:
