We are DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company. We are growing rapidly and we're looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Full-time Store Manager who will lead store activity in the day-to-day operations of our Wicker Park store, including inventory accuracy, stock organization, and team members' performances, and development, inspiring them to meet store targets and KPIs.

The Store Manager plays an integral role in developing sales strategy, increasing store performance, building a loyal customer base, and is accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience through leading by example. WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Lead and supervise store staff, overseeing sales, operations, merchandising, and customer experience. Motivate and coach teams to achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Manage daily and monthly sales reporting and revenue tracking for the Area Sales Manager. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in partnership with Recruitment and leadership teams. Conduct team briefings, 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

Handle employee relations matters and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Oversee store scheduling, payroll adjustments, attendance systems, and PTO management. Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, POS systems, omnichannel services, and compliance with company policies.

Maintain high visual merchandising, health & safety, and operational standards across the store. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while building community partnerships, supporting events, and driving brand engagement. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE High School Diploma or equivalent required.

5+ years of retail or customer service experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or people management role. Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
