LDP stands for Leadership Development Program. These programs are structured training and rotational assignments offered by companies to develop future leaders. Participants, often recent graduates, gain exposure to different business areas, develop management skills, and work on challenging projects. LDPs are designed to fast-track participants' careers and prepare them for leadership roles within the organization.

What are some typical projects or rotations in a Leadership Development Program, and how do they contribute to career growth?

These rotations are designed to expose participants to different aspects of the business, allowing them to develop a broad skill set and gain insights into cross-functional collaboration. The variety of assignments, combined with mentorship and regular feedback, accelerates professional development and prepares individuals for leadership roles. This structure not only builds a strong internal network but also provides valuable hands-on experience that is highly regarded for career advancement within the company.
