Job DescriptionHPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an
LDAR Supervisor to lead and oversee LDAR Technicians at a customer site. This role is responsible for
supervising field personnel, coordinating daily LDAR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesSupervision & Leadership- Supervise and direct LDAR Technicians and crews; monitor performance, productivity, and compliance
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback; enforce company policies and take corrective action as needed
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities; adjust resources as required
- Serve as primary field contact for clients and internal management
LDAR & Technical Oversight- Oversee and perform inspections of valves, pumps, tanks, and other components to detect fugitive emissions
- Ensure proper use and calibration of monitoring equipment (TVA/FID, OGI cameras)
- Review and manage LDAR data, tagging, and reporting (LeakDAS, GuideWare, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and client requirements
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and re-monitoring
Safety & Operations- Enforce all safety policies and conduct job site inspections
- Ensure equipment is operational, maintained, and used correctly
- Identify and correct hazards before and during job execution
Administrative & Customer Support- Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation and reports
- Communicate job status and maintain strong client relationships
- Support operational tracking and reporting using company systems
QualificationsQualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years industrial services or LDAR experience; prior supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license; TWIC required
- OSHA and confined space training preferred
- Strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and organizational skills
- Physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, extended standing/walking)
- Exposure to extreme weather and industrial conditions
- Must be able to wear required PPE
