Job Overview: Assurasource is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Therapists to join our dynamic team in Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. The therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a client-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions.
  • Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
