Our values: Respect Kindness Professionalism Integrity Collaboration Job description: We are looking for Social Workers to work with various client groups in hospital settings, CLSCs, CHSLDs, rehabilitation centres, schools, community organizations, youth protection services and home services. The social worker contributes to the assessment of the social functioning of users, to the development of intervention plans and to the support of individuals, families and groups facing personal, family, social or environmental difficulties. Main responsibilities: To assess the social functioning of users and identify their needs. Develop, implement and monitor psychosocial intervention plans.
