Crestwood Futures Counseling is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team as a Remote Telehealth Specialist. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability. As part of our telehealth facility, you will engage with clients through secure digital platforms, utilizing technology to maintain high levels of communication and support. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain constant communication with supervisors, care staff, and families, ensuring everyone is informed about the client's progress and care strategies.
• Coordinate home visits and in-home observations to gain deeper insights into clients’ environments and support needs.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging a mix of evidence-based practices and client-centered methodologies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly progress notes that effectively track clients' improvements and challenges.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment outcomes and innovate therapeutic approaches.
• Organize training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in implementing the program plan and maintaining proper documentation standards.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and their support systems within the mental health community, advocating for necessary resources and services.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, including adults, teenagers, and families facing various mental health challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.
• At least two years of experience in counseling, ideally in a clinical setting, is required to ensure you bring adequate expertise to the role.
• Specialization in areas like family therapy, couples therapy, addiction counseling, or trauma recovery is highly valued.
• An excellent command of ethical and legal standards relevant to mental health practice is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other technology tools essential for documentation and patient management.
