Position Overview:
The Marketing Design Intern (Americas) will support the Solutions Marketing team by assisting with the creation, maintenance, and distribution of visual marketing assets. This role provides hands-on experience in graphic design, digital asset management, and print production while helping ensure brand consistency across marketing materials. A key responsibility will be design projects and asset management. This is a 3 month paid full-time internship and based in Atlanta, GA.
Pay range: $22-$23 an hour
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
    • Work with team members to collect necessary information for the completion of marketing projects
    • Assist in updating, formatting, and maintaining market collateral.
    • Support the creation and editing of marketing assets, including flyers, presentations, brochures, signage, and trade show materials.
    • Upload, organize, tag, and maintain assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure content is current, accessible, and properly categorized.
    • Assist with managing the marketing storefront by coordinating product updates, reviewing available collateral, and supporting user requests.
    • Help prepare print-ready files and production specifications for approved marketing materials.
    • Support project tracking, file management, and documentation of marketing resources.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and Solutions team to gather information needed for collateral updates and new asset requests.
    • Build relationships with the team to identify and resolve key challenges and provide insight that will add value to the team and the wider business.
    • Contribute ideas for process improvement and creative solutions.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
    • Pursuing a Bachelor's/master's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field
    • Seeking candidates in their senior year
    • Prior marketing internship experience is preferred
    • Proficient computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications

Work Requirements
    • Must be 18 years in age or older.
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

    • Willingness to work independently and within a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements
    • Able to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions and implement the same.
    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to actively listen
    • Basic understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
    • Familiarity with marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, signage and digital assets
