Role Purpose
The Cabin Cleaning Agent Lead is responsible for supporting daily aircraft cabin cleaning operations while providing guidance and direction to cabin cleaning staff. This role helps ensure aircraft interiors are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared according to airline standards, safety regulations, and operational timelines while promoting teamwork, productivity, and service quality.

What you will be doing
  • Lead and assist cabin cleaning teams during daily aircraft cleaning operations

  • Assign and coordinate cleaning duties to ensure timely aircraft turnaround

  • Ensure aircraft cabins, lavatories, galleys, tray tables, seat areas, and crew sections are cleaned and sanitized according to airline standards

  • Inspect completed cleaning assignments to ensure quality and compliance with company expectations

  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to cabin cleaning employees

  • Monitor employee productivity and communicate operational updates to the supervisor or management team

  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, airport regulations, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Respond quickly to operational changes, delayed flights, and urgent cleaning requests

  • Report supply shortages, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly

  • Promote a positive, team-oriented, and safety-focused work environment

  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of supply and storage areas

  • Complete required operational documentation accurately and timely

  • Perform other duties as requested

What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Six (6) months of janitorial, customer service or hospitality experience

  • Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation

  • Previous aircraft cabin cleaning, janitorial, hospitality, or airport operations experience

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and reach frequently

  • Ability to work safely in confined aircraft cabin spaces

  • Airport ramp and aircraft cabin environment

  • Exposure to aircraft noise, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions

  • Fast-paced operational setting with tight turnaround schedules

  • Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting

  • Must be able to take verbally direct in English

  • Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English

  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check

  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge

  • Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials

  • Identification badges must always be visible

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives
