Our Position

Our Lawn Service Professionals will have a designated route where you will be responsible for fulfilling a daily production schedule, operating under limited supervision, arriving to customers in a timely basis, explaining the scope of services you will provide for them, and by implementing agronomic programs and solutions. Lawn Service Professional will conduct outside home and property inspections by identifying the different types of grasses, weeds, and plants correctly, diagnosing all current pest and lawn issues, examining the irrigation and mowing methods used by customers, and offer detailed plans on how to achieve healthy lawns through proper maintenance techniques and services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain service schedules for all customers on assigned route, calling customer prior to their service.
  • Provide excellent communication and people skills to build trust and create positive customer experiences.
  • Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control & fertilization service(s) with customers.
  • Communicate in conjunction with sales staff in order to meet client expectations.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Continuously monitor lawn quality and fertilizing methods after application and communicate progress to customers and operation managers.
  • Complete and submit service related paperwork in a timely and orderly fashion.
  • Completion of our initial technical training and participation in regular update training to stay current with proven practices and methods to decide on the most
  • efficient solutions for customer's needs.
  • Adhere and abide to all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehicles.
  • Maintain assigned service vehicle, equipment and tools in clean/good working condition.
  • Participate in collections efforts.

Our Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Position requires successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training) and earning minimum of two CEU’s annually.
  • Ability to calculate basic math.
  • Must have the ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, to be able to speak to customers on the phone and in-person correspondence.
  • Working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position; where a momentary lapse of concentration can result in serious injury, death, environmental consequences, or data breach.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays.
  • Must have a current and valid driver license and be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass seven-year criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass company drug screen.
  • Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet insurance eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier.
