What You Will Do
Manage a family law caseload with increasing independence
Represent clients in hearings, status conferences, mediation, and other court proceedings
Draft strong, well-organized pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Develop case strategy and move matters forward efficiently
Communicate directly with clients in a clear, confident, and professional manner
Work closely with paralegals, attorneys, and firm leadership to deliver excellent service and strong outcomes
Participate in consultations and help build client confidence through professionalism and responsiveness
Maintain a minimum annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
What We Are Looking For
At least 2 years of family law, domestic litigation, or closely related courtroom experience
Strong litigation, hearing, and case-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage competing deadlines and a substantial caseload
Strong professional judgment and follow-through
A client-service mindset and the ability to build trust with clients
A team-oriented attitude and genuine interest in continued growth
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position based in either our DTC/Greenwood Village office, Fort Collins office, or our Colorado Springs office. The position is primarily in-office during onboarding and training. Hybrid flexibility may be available after approximately 90 days, depending on performance, training progress, and firm needs.
