Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of a Law Firm Administrator:
โ€ข Office Management: Supervising staff, managing office space, ordering supplies, and ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
โ€ข Financial Management: Handling bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
โ€ข Human Resources: Managing personnel, including hiring, onboarding, training, and overseeing employee benefits. You must be willing to learn every job at the firm (except attorneys) so you can train and hold accountable the staff.
โ€ข Technology and Systems: Managing information systems, software, and ensuring the firm's technology infrastructure runs smoothly.
