What You'll Do
Responsible for the washing, folding and pressing of linens and terry - all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way!
Some of your responsibilities include:
  • Greet any and all guests with a proper greeting.
  • Launder all dirty towels.
  • Fold towels and stock them on shelves.
  • Accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures.
  • Clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen.
  • Stock amenity table for afternoon.
  • Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas.
  • Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found.
  • Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • We all wear multiple hats here at Kimpton. You may need to take on responsibilities outside of this job description at times, as we all do.

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
  • Hardworking with a real passion for customer service.
  • Basic writing skills, professional communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
