Job description

NorthStar Hospitality is looking for a friendly and attentive Laundry Attendant for our multi award winning Hampton Inn Abingdon, VA location. We are seeking a quality Laundry Attendant to help create and deliver a quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

The Laundry Attendant of the Fairfield Inn will have the following responsibilities:

 Clean and dry all hotel linen

 Fold and store linen

 Maintain public areas including fitness center, restrooms, and meeting room

 Greet guests and take care of requests

 Ensure lint traps are cleaned daily

 Ensure filters are replaced daily

 Ensure adequate supply of laundry chemicals

Previous laundry experience in a hotel or hospital environment helpful but not required.
