Job description

Summary:

To assure customer deliveries are made with accuracy, timeliness, and within set time parameters. Perform job duties in a safe and courteous manner while maintaining an unblemished driving record. Adhere to all company and DOT requirements, including but not limited to daily documentation.

  • Adhere to all Crothall Laundry Services policies as stated in the employee handbook.
  • Be in uniform and maintain a neat appearance every workday.
  • Adhere to Crothall Laundry Services attendance policy.
  • Keep company equipment clean and organized.
  • Report any mechanical issue to chief engineer or GM promptly.
  • Always utilize the Crothall Laundry delivery reporting system.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Willing to work in laundry as workload requires for tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and possibly holidays. Have and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. Pass a MVR background.

Essential Duties:

  • Load and unload linen carts at both the company’s and customer’s place of business tagging each one accordingly.
  • Completely fill out all required paperwork/logs and turn in daily.
  • Weigh all soil in under the correct customer and deliver all soil to the soil room.
  • Disinfect vehicles after each soil pick up.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Turn in a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily.
  • Perform customer deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work in laundry as workload may require.
