Job Summary:


We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Laundromat Attendant to support daily operations and provide excellent customer service in a laundromat that offers wash-and-fold services. This role involves interacting with customers, maintaining a clean and orderly facility, and processing laundry orders with care and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with machine usage or service inquiries
  • Receive, label, and log incoming wash-and-fold laundry orders
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry according to customer preferences and instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including machines, floors, folding tables, and restrooms
  • Monitor machine operation; report any issues or needed maintenance
  • Ensure wash-and-fold turnaround times are met consistently
  • Restock supplies (soap, dryer sheets, bags, etc.) and notify management when low
  • Handle minor customer complaints or refer to management if needed
  • Open and/or close the facility as scheduled
