Join Our Growing Team!


We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Project Manager. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities, and enjoys being an integral part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize company files.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents using QuickBooks.
  • Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
  • Cross-train in shipping functions and provide backup support as needed, including preparing shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, and assisting with logistics.
  • Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Assist with office operations and support multiple departments as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • QuickBooks experience is required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
