What you’ll tackle
  • Own programming and machining for both 2D operations and complex 3D surfaces (full CAD/CAM)
  • Perform accurate setups and operate Makino, Fidia, and DMG equipment
  • Leverage Heidenhain and Fanuc controls to deliver repeatable precision
  • Apply laser tool settings and machine macros to push productivity
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
What you bring
  • 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience; Tebis experience is a major plus
  • Hands-on background in plastic injection molds
  • Team-first attitude grounded in sound judgment, honesty, and integrity
  • Comfort working around oils and lubricants
  • Physical capability for constant standing/walking; some bending/climbing; pushing/pulling; and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and regular, predictable attendance
