Position Summary

We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC machining experience with a primary focus on milling operations. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, maintain quality standards, and efficiently operate multiple machines in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.
  • Perform routine quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished parts from machines.
  • Produce precision-machined components by cutting and shaping metal blocks.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on CNC machine operating experience.
  • Milling experience is required.

  • Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances meet standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and fabrication equipment such as press brakes and welding tools for assembly or finishing tasks as needed.
  • Operate forklifts and cranes safely for material handling and loading/unloading raw materials or finished products.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently while working with electrical discharge machining (EDM), plasma cutting, sheet metal fabrication, and other specialized processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery including laser cutters, milling machines, lathes, plasma cutters, stamping presses, and EDM equipment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly.
