We are seeking an experienced CNC Laser Operator/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming, setting up, and operating fiber laser cutting machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines.
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for efficient production.
Set up tooling, materials, and machine parameters for production runs.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary program or setup adjustments.
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
Minimum 2 years of CNC programming experience.
