Busser - Little Hen Fort Lauderdale / Las Olas
Little Hen is coming to Las Olas, and we are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Bussers to join our opening team.
Little Hen is a high-volume brunch restaurant known for beautiful food presentation, elevated service, and a warm guest experience. The Busser role is essential in keeping the dining room clean, organized, and ready for smooth service.
Position: Busser
Location: Little Hen Fort Lauderdale - Las Olas
Schedule: Full-time and part-time available, including weekends and holidays
Compensation: Hourly plus tip-out
Responsibilities:
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and properly
Support servers with water service, table maintenance, and guest needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, and service stations
Assist with polishing silverware, glassware, and restocking supplies
Help maintain smooth table turnover in a fast-paced brunch environment
Assist with opening and closing side work
Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, kitchen, and management
Follow all cleanliness, food safety, and service standards
Requirements:
Previous restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
