Job Title: Repair Services Associate I Key Responsibilities • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds • Perform repairs on a wide range of printers, including mobile/handheld devices and large-format printers. • Complete basic service tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards. • Service customer products by reviewing complaints, troubleshooting issues, performing mechanical repairs, conducting inspections, basic hand soldering, cleaning, testing, and final inspections. • Accurately document work performed, including symptom codes and reasons for parts replacement. • Follow established work instructions for functional tasks and assignments. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process standardization and documentation updates. • Resolve basic issues of limited complexity under direct supervision and conduct simple analysis with minimal variables.
