We are hiring a Printing Associate to support our art studio operations. In this role, you'll be essential to producing high-quality prints that meet our exacting standards, operating specialized equipment with precision and care. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and want to be part of a team that brings art to life, this is the opportunity for you. 
Shift Time: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM

In This Role

  • Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed printers, dye sublimation presses, and cutting equipment with precision and care
  • Manage and distribute workload across multiple printers in alignment with the production schedule
  • Read, analyze, and execute detailed job tickets to ensure accurate and timely production
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with printers, media, and file setups
  • Handle finished prints, transferring them to designated staging areas for further processing
  • Focus on, understand, and repeat processes related to working with large format digital presses 
  • Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring every piece meets Four Hands' high expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports a safe and efficient work environment
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • 2+ years of digital printing experience required 
  • 1 year of experience with both roll-to-roll and flatbed printers 
  • Self-starter with the ability to set and meet goals throughout the day as well as adjust priorities based on unforeseen changes 
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment
  • Willing and able to work overtime as needed
