InfraHire is looking for an Project Manager-Signs & Graphics in Piscataway, NJ.
 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support signs and graphics division. This role is responsible for managing client projects from initial request through final installation, including estimating, coordinating production, communicating with vendors and installers, and ensuring each job is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the signage, large-format graphics, or visual production industry and understands both customer service and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts and signage/graphics projects from start to finish
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand project needs, timelines, and expectations
  • Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with internal production teams, outside vendors, and installers
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Ensure quality standards and customer service expectations are met
  • Review completed work, reconcile budgets, and prepare invoices
  • Conduct local site visits as needed
  • Identify project issues early and recommend solutions
  • Stay informed on signage materials, production methods, and installation practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the sign, graphics, or large-format print industry
  • Experience preparing quotes and working directly with clients
  • Understanding of design layouts and ability to review artwork for estimating purposes
  • Knowledge of large-format production equipment, such as HP Latex printers and laminators
  • Familiarity with vinyl, substrates, vehicle graphics, glass graphics, and mounted displays
