We are looking for an individual who has a passion for data. We are thrilled to invest in a driven, quality-focused, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable data insights by analyzing data for reporting to positively impact our success as well as through developing automated, robust dashboards that enable operations leaders to access critical information to inform and drive their business.
Your Tasks

  • Responsible for the data model processes, analysis, reporting and visualization across all the operations and clients.
  • Create ad-hoc reports in a timely manner to help the leadership team discover operational data necessary to spot trends.
  • Ability to create reports/dashboards related to forecasting, budgeting, productivity, and SLA's.
  • Ability to pull data from multiple data sources; compiling the data into meaningful insights that drive actions within the organization.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to a wide audience and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analysis.
  • Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.Researches, develops, plans, and executes continuous improvements projects in all key areas.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to create a story with data and visual analytics.
  • Track and report on metrics, which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements that the desired outcomes achieved to plan and in a timely manner.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience working with large data sets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps & Flow) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in data analysis and presenting data in a consumable, impactful management-level format.
  • Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work independently on the priority tasks productively.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Warehousing & Distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience working in supply chain and third-party logistics environment preferred.
  • High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes preferred.
