Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process for a variety of roles across our QSR, fast casual, and fine dining concepts. In this role, you will assist with recruiting efforts for positions ranging from Crew Members and Shift Leaders to General Managers and above, gaining hands-on experience across multiple levels of restaurant leadership hiring. This is a great opportunity for someone who is people-oriented, organized, and ready to grow in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with a wide range of candidates and hiring managers, and is eager to develop professional recruiting skills while contributing to a high-volume team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms, as well as review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. You will conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications, schedule interviews, and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers. You will follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informed and engaged, help collect and organize interview feedback, and assist with the offer process by preparing documentation and communicating next steps. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, support the team in building an ongoing pipeline of talent for leadership and crew member roles, and participate in campus recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. As needed, you will also take on additional administrative and recruiting tasks to support the overall team..

Requirements

  • 6+ months of recruiting experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant leadership roles and operational structures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to handle feedback constructively and adapt as needed.
  • Comfortable navigating different personalities, conversations, and situations.
