Laravel Developers working on large-scale projects often encounter challenges such as managing complex codebases, ensuring application performance, and handling database scalability. To overcome these, developers typically use Laravel's built-in features like Eloquent ORM for clean database interactions, caching for performance optimization, and modularizing code with service providers and repositories. Regular code reviews and leveraging Laravel's testing tools also help maintain code quality and project stability.
