Blossom Counseling is seeking a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) to join our compassionate, collaborative team in Collegeville, PA. This role is perfect for a clinician who's passionate about providing heart-centered, evidence-based therapy while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive and empowering environment.
We're especially looking for someone who enjoys working with children ages 5 and up, as well as teens and adults, to provide developmentally attuned and affirming care.

Your Role at Blossom Counseling:
As an LAPC, you'll be a key member of our clinical team, providing high-quality care and contributing to our mission of empowering clients and strengthening communities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group therapy for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults.
• Conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.
• Participating in weekly supervision and case consultation.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborating with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, comprehensive care.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices in counseling.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) credential in Pennsylvania.
• Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field from a CACREP-accredited institution.
• Experience providing therapy and assessments for children ages 5+, as well as work with teens, adults, and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and continued professional growth.
• Professional liability insurance and ability to pass required background checks.

• Clearances Required:

• FBI, PSP, and ChildLine clearances (or equivalent for non-PA licensees).
• Background check.

Compensation & Benefits:
Fee For Service Positions:

• 10-20 clinical hours per week.
• $48-$52 per hour, based on experience.
• Non-clinical tasks compensated at $15 per hour.
• Late cancel/no-show protection.

Salaried Positions:

• 21-23 clinical hours per week.
• $42,000-$52,000 annual salary, based on experience.
