Job description

LTC Language Solutions is seeking an ESL instructor for face-to-face tutoring for children. We are a full language service provider specializing in language and cultural training for relocating expats. We have several elementary school-aged children who have moved to the Bay Area and requested the following services:
  • Language Class: Beginner English for 3 or more students in a 1-1 environment
  • Location: At the students' homes, in Santa Clara and Saratoga
  • Schedule:
    • Student 1: 2 hours, 3 times per week, mornings preferred
    • Students 2 & 3 (brothers): 1 hour each, back to back, once per week, flexible times
  • Start:Immediately
  • Duration: Up to 150 hours
  • Requirements: English speaker with2+ years' experience teaching children
  • Compensation: $30-$35 (negotiable)
  • Curriculum: Based on student goals. If textbooks are needed, LTC will cover the cost. Teacher expected to supplement with authentic materials and activities. As these are younger children, most of the class will be game and fun activity-based.
