Job description

The Role
The Data Services, Analyst is directly responsible for ensuring client data makes it into the system and that we are following proper controls and processes to be good custodians of the data. This position involves interaction with customers and/or business owners and quickly identifying the underlying problems and communicating resolutions in non-technical language. This position reports directly to the Data Services Team Lead.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience using SQL preferred.
  • Hands on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension language is a plus.
  • Ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and project organization skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills a plus.
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement with understanding of process flows, data flows, file layouts, data analysis and reasonable knowledge of query tools and languages.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and accept new challenges with a strong sense of urgency and ability to take ownership of driving tasks to completion.
  • Preferred industry knowledge regarding benefits administration or consumer directed accounts.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $55,000.00 - $60, 000.00 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
