Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Landscaper position located in Fairfax, VA. The Landscaper will perform a variety of tasks, including lawn and garden maintenance, planting, trimming, pruning, and installing irrigation systems. Other responsibilities involve supporting landscape design projects and ensuring job sites are clean and safe. The role requires hands-on work outdoors in varying weather conditions, collaborating with team members while adhering to safety protocols and deadlines.


Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely and efficiently

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license (preferred; required for crew leader roles)

• Basic knowledge of lawn maintenance, planting, and property upkeep is a plus
