NatureWorks is a cutting-edge landscape company that maintains and enhances residential estates in Metro-West Boston. We are seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join our team.
As one of our Crew Leaders, you are an essential part of our construction teams that help to build and install beautiful outdoor spaces that range in size from small walkways to large pool decks. Projects will include dry setting and wet setting, drainage work, and hardscape prep work. All facets of landscape masonry construction from prep to finish.
You will be responsible for leading a team and will work under the direction of the Construction Field Operations Manager to accomplish tasks and projects efficiently and safely.
Requirements
  • 5yrs+ hardscape installation experience
  • Knowledge and skills in grading and masonry
  • The ability to work safely, continuously learn, and work as part of a team.
  • The ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position that includes:
  • Stand and walk throughout a minimum 8-hour shift
  • Lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds
  • Regularly bend, lift, stretch, twist and reach below the waist and above the head
  • Climb in and out of trucks, equipment, and trailers numerous times per day
  • Work in all weather conditions and seasons
  • Preferred but not required licensing and certifications include driver's license, DOT card, hoisting license or ICPI certification
