Job description

Join our innovative and client-focused team as a Landscape Maintenance Estimator. Our company is celebrated for its high-quality landscape maintenance services and strong client relationships. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing accurate quotes and estimates for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calls to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
  • Conduct on-site consultations to understand client needs, measure sites, and assess landscape maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Utilize Aspire software to prepare estimates for planning and scheduling landscape maintenance jobs.
  • Develop solutions for site problems and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality assurance.
  • Attend weekly management meetings to contribute ideas on increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager and crew leaders to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
  • Lead, train, and assist crews in executing daily routines and tasks.
  • Participate in team member performance evaluations and recruitment processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping practices and maintenance services.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Aspire).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Willingness to operate various types of motorized equipment.
  • Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to delegate and mediate effectively.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Availability for weekends/evenings for events as needed.
  • Maintain a dependable attendance record.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
