Landscaping Laborer Lawn Care Crew
Full Time • Lansing, MI
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
About the Role
Sustain Lawn and Landscape is hiring Landscaping Laborers to maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Lansing area.
This is a hands-on outdoor role working as part of a team completing lawn care and landscaping services. No prior experience is required, and training is provided.
What You’ll Do
  •  Perform mowing, trimming, and edging. 
  •  Assist with landscaping and property maintenance. 
  •  Operate lawn care equipment safely. 
  •  Load and unload tools and materials. 
  •  Maintain clean and organized job sites. 
  •  Follow daily service routes with the crew. 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
  •  Reliable transportation. 
  •  Ability to perform physical work including lifting and bending. 
  •  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. 
  •  Experience with landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not required. 
  •  Valid driver’s license preferred. 
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor work and physical tasks throughout the shift.
