Position: Crew Member

Description:
As a Crew Member at SouthernEEZ Landscaping, you will be responsible for performing various lawn maintenance tasks to ensure our clients’ properties are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves physical labor, working outdoors, and collaborating with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing
  • Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
  • Assist with landscape tasks such as mulching, and annual flower planting as needed
  • Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment and tools
  • Ensure job sites are clean and presentable
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Reliable transportation
