Location: Richmond, VA (Serving Greater Richmond area)
Position Type: Part Time up to 29 hours per week
Pay Rate:$15 - $20/hr (Based on experience)

Are you passionate about working outdoors and taking pride in creating beautiful, well-kept properties? We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join our team in Richmond!

We are a local firm dedicated to providing top-tier service to our residential and commercial clients. We value our employees, promote a positive work culture, and offer opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Maintenance: Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, string trimming, edging, fertilizing lawns, and leaf blowing.

Installations: Assist with mulching, planting shrubs and flowers, and seasonal flowerbed upkeep.

Equipment Operation: Safely drive, operate, and maintain commercial equipment (zero-turn mowers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.).

Site Cleanup: Ensure all job sites are left clean and tidy.

Teamwork: Work closely with the Crew Leader to complete daily schedules efficiently and to company standards.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Ability to lift at least 50-100 lbs and perform physical, manual labor throughout the day.

Valid Virginia driver's license preferred. Reliable transportation to our office is required.
