Job description

We are hiring dependable individuals to join landscaping crews in Glen Burnie, MD. Employees will report to the Glen Burnie location each morning and travel with their assigned crew to various job sites.
General Landscaping Laborers
  • No experience: $18/hr
  • Landscaping experience: $19-$20/hr

Class C Driver/Laborers
  • No landscaping experience: $20/hr
  • Landscaping experience: $22/hr

Responsibilities
  • Perform general landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties
  • Operate or assist with lawnmowers, trimmers, edgers, and similar equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
  • Work outdoors in hot, cold, rainy, or snowy conditions
  • Follow crew-leader instructions and workplace safety procedures
  • Driver/laborers will also transport crew members and equipment to job sites

General Requirements
  • Able to remain on your feet and work outdoors for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working with landscaping equipment
  • Must wear work boots, long pants, and a long-sleeved shirt
  • Landscaping experience is preferred but not required

Additional Driver Requirements
  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Driving record with fewer than three points
  • Willing and able to obtain a DOT medical card
