Job description

We are looking for someone who truly enjoys the green industry. If you get energized and motivated about creating beautiful landscapes and being a part of a collaborative team, this may be the job for you! As a Landscape Crew Member, you will help our clients develop outstanding landscapes. You will work with a team of 2-5 team members and perform general landscape construction duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality.
Here's an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:
  • Cutting or installing turf using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment in a safe manner
  • Planting, grooming and maintaining plant material
  • Performing site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material.
  • Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
