Landscape Crew Member Driver – $20/hr

Immediate Hire: We are looking for an experienced landscaper with a clean driving record to join our crew. You will drive the truck/trailer setup and labor alongside the team on site.
This is a working field role with an easy path to Crew Leader for the right person.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE TO APPLY. Non-driver applicants will not be considered.

The Deal:

  • Pay: $20.00/hr starting rate + Yearly Raises.
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40+ hours. Weekends are for family.
  • Gear: Late-model trucks/trailers, and equipment.
  • Winter: Mandatory on-call snow removal (Plow Trucks, Loaders, and Sidewalks).
Driver & Trade Requirements:

  • Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Confident backing up and navigating trucks with loaded equipment trailers.
  • Landscaping: 18+ months professional experience. Skilled with zero-turns, power tools, mulching, and pruning.
  • Work Ethic: This is a hands-on position—driving is part of the routine, but you are working on-site with the crew all day.
