Landscaping Maintenance Crew

We are looking for full-time landscaping laborers in WEXFORD, PA and THE SOUTH HILLS Area to join our Landscaping Teams:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Spring & Fall Clean-up; Clearing leaves and brush
  • Mowing lawns using both ride-on, zero-turn, and push mowers
  • Trimming & edging: sidewalks, flowerbeds, walls, and driveways
  • Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass
  • Weeding; By hand and with tools
  • Applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers
  • Trimming/pruning trees and shrubs
  • Clearing lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers
  • Shoveling & salting, walkways and driveways**
  • Snowplowing**

**Winter-work: Optional

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate standard landscaping machinery, i.e., riding mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, pruners, trimmers, and leaf blowers
  • Ability to arrive to work on time on a daily basis and maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
  • Able to work variable hours which may include occasional weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
  • Have reliable, dependable transportation. Please Note: There is NO bus service to the Wexford Location.
