About the Role:
A to Z Tree and Turf LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Residential Landscape Project Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee residential landscape projects from initial planning through final installation and client walkthrough
  • Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment scheduling to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Communicate directly with homeowners to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Review project scopes, budgets, and timelines to maintain profitability and efficiency
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality control and adherence to design plans
  • Source and manage materials, plants, and supplies in coordination with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company best practices
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in residential landscaping, horticulture, or a related field
  • Proven project management experience overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of desert-adapted plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation
