Project Manager – Landscape Construction & Enhancements

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead landscape construction and enhancement projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, on budget, and to our high standards, while ensuring a seamless experience for every client.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead multiple landscape construction and enhancement projects simultaneously
  • Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget
  • Conduct site visits to maintain quality, production, and jobsite standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
  • Manage schedules, budgets, job costs, and documentation
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or project management
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of hardscape, planting, drainage, and related systems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A team player who takes ownership and follows through
  • Valid driver’s license
