Job description

Warner’s Outdoor Solutions, a locally owned and operated leader in the Twin Cities Metro area, is seeking a skilled Softscape-focused Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about creating high-end landscape projects and eager to take on a leadership role. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of softscape elements, including edging, fabric, mulch, rock, sod, seed, drainage, and grading
  • Perform hands-on, physical work and operate a variety of landscape machinery and power equipment
  • Ensure proper care, maintenance, and safe operation of all equipment
  • Train, encourage, and manage team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely
  • Identify and care for various flowers and plants as part of landscape installations
  • Operate skid steers, trucks, trailers, and other necessary equipment for project completion
Qualifications
  • Experience installing softscape features such as edging, fabric, mulch, rock, sod, seed, drainage, and grading
  • Ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with plant identification and proper care
  • Proficient in operating landscape machinery, including skid steers, trucks, trailers, and power equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to obtain an MN-DOT health certificate to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation

$30–$35 per hour, based on experience. Projected annual earnings range from $75,000 to $100,000. Bi-weekly payroll. Paid overtime. Year-round employment.
