Hittle is seeking a Production Landscape Field Manager for our Production Division a strong leader with an entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset to lead our crews.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire an awesome team of landscaping crews.
  • Ensure exceptional service and happy clients with every project.
  • Oversee daily operations: scheduling, tools, materials, with a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Train your team on industry best practices and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Be the go-to problem-solver and motivator.
  • Build strong relationships with builders and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in landscaping (we value a leader who knows how to unite and motivate a team!).
  • Strong knowledge of the new home landscape installation process, including scheduling, layout, and finishing techniques.
  • Familiarity and experience working with builders and contractors, with an understanding of their expectations and timelines.
  • Solid understanding of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques.
  • A confident communicator who leads by example.
  • A quick-thinking problem-solver with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
