Hardy Outdoor is a leading landscape design, and installation company based in Bradenton, FL. We specialize in creating high-quality landscapes and outdoor spaces. Our team is passionate about craftsmanship, sustainability, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of landscape projects from start to finish. This role requires good organization, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of landscape construction, plant identification, irrigation systems, and horticulture practices. You will manage a crew, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    Manage all phases of landscape construction projects 

    .  Assist team members with the physical installation of landscape material  

        Supervise and direct field crews to meet project specifications and timelines

        Read and interpret landscape designs, blueprints, and site plans

        Track project materials, and labor costs

        Pickup and delivery of job material, tools, and equipment 

      Operate heavy equipment 

        Resolve issues and adapt to changes in scope or schedule

Qualifications:

        3+ years of landscape related experience

        Strong knowledge of Florida plant material, installation practices, horticulture, and irrigation systems

        Excellent organizational and time-management skills

         Ability to lead crews 

        Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings

        Valid driver's license with clean driving record

        Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
