Position Overview

The Landscape Sales Professional manages client relationships and sales pipelines with a focus on delivering solutions aligned with client needs and Outbacks quality standards. This role supports both commercial landscape installation as well as high-end residential landscape installation, hardscaping, and related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client sales pipelines from prospecting through contract close, ensuring timely follow-up and clear next steps

  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients to assess landscape needs and present tailored solutions aligned with company standards

  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field crews to confirm scopes, pricing, and schedules meet client expectations

  • Visit job sites to monitor project progress, address questions, and confirm quality standards are maintained

  • Track and report sales activity, forecasts, and results to management to support business planning

  • Maintain expert knowledge of landscape products, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed guidance
