This role involves planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management while performing routine maintenance such as grass cutting and weed control. The position requires collaboration with team members and business partners to meet operational goals, uphold company standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.   • Manage and maintain assigned garden areas using horticultural methods and techniques to meet landscape standards.
  • Perform routine landscape maintenance including grass cutting, weed control, leaf raking, and pruning.
  • Plant, cultivate, fertilize, water, and prune flowers, plants, and trees as required.
  • Identify and address pest and disease issues through appropriate chemical applications.
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to coordinate work assignments, share resources, and ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve landscape operations in partnership with managers and business partners.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety procedures in all activities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
