Where do YOU fit in?
The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).
Specific duties include:
  • Assist leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion
  • Identifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repair
  • Operating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailer
  • Completing maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expenses
  • Coordinating hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is required
  • Conducting brief but regular safety trainings

"Compensation for this position is determined by verified, directly related industry experience. Candidates who have three (3) or more consecutive years of employment with a company performing work substantially similar to the responsibilities outlined in this job description may qualify for an enhanced starting wage.
Candidates with less than 3 years of directly related experience: $18.00- $20.00 per hour
Candidates with 3+ years of directly related experience: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
To be considered for the higher compensation range, candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in a comparable role. The Company conducts employment verification checks as part of the hiring process to confirm previous job titles, dates of employment, and relevant work experience. Experience that cannot be verified may not be considered when determining compensation eligibility.
Final compensation offers are based on verified experience, qualifications, employment history, and business needs.

Position Requirements
Basic requirements:
  • Background check, driving record review, DOT physical, and drug test are part of the pre-employment process.
  • This position requires driving as an essential job function and is designated as safety-sensitive. As an ongoing condition of employment, you must:
    • Maintain a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner's Certificate in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations;
    • Maintain a current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicles operated;
    • Remain insurable under the Company's automobile insurance policy; and
    • Immediately notify Human Resources if your license, medical certification, or insurability status changes, is restricted, suspended, or revoked.
    • Failure to maintain these requirements may result in removal from driving duties and may impact your continued employment.
  • Possess an analytical approach to stormwater drainage management
  • Proficient with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, Laptops, Email, etc.)
  • The ASDM must be willing to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per week
  • Able to perform duties in all types of weather conditions in order to monitor effectiveness of SCMs
