Landscape Technician

Position Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on outdoor work including landscape installation, hardscaping, and construction of outdoor living spaces such as patios and outdoor kitchens. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain landscaping elements including trees, shrubs, plants, mulch, and sod
  • Assist in the construction of outdoor living features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
  • Prepare job sites by grading, digging, and leveling surfaces
  • Follow design plans and ensure quality workmanship on all projects
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Work collaboratively with crew members and communicate effectively with supervisors

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
